The Understory Book: Rootedness & Resilience on the Forest Floor
In The Understory Lore Ferguson Wilbert shares her journey of alienation and disorientation after years of religious and political unrest in the evangelical church. In this book Wilbert shares metaphors of eroding soil, fiddlehead ferns, self-sowing seeds, and walking through the mud.
With tenderness and honesty, she helps readers understand the understory of the forest. You will read about how the forest provides strong metaphors about living a rooted and flourishing life.
